Are you looking for a fun way for your son or daughter

to give singing in a choir a try?

Our choir camp is a wonderful educational experience for kids who love music or singing. The camp is open to all children rising to grades 2 & up (unchanged boys voices only, please).

All are welcome - no prior singing, musical experience, or church affiliation needed. Some come to the camp with no musical experience, while others play an instrument or have sung elsewhere. Some sing in one of our choirs at All Saints.  All that is required is a willingness to try new things (and maybe be a little silly) and a desire to learn about singing!

Who runs the camp?

The camp is sponsored by All Saints Episcopal Church, which has a long tradition of choirs for children, with a Boys Choir founded in 1899 and a Girls Choir founded in 1962.

The camp is led by Scott Hayes, Director of Music at All Saints Church. Since 2016, Scott directs All Saints choirs - which include choirs for boys & girls, adults, and college students, involving more than 50 people on a weekly basis.   Scott's education has focused on church music since a choir camp experience of his own while in middle school, and he continued on to study organ performance at Ohio Wesleyan University, Cedarville University, and Cleveland Institute of Music.  He also is the Tonal Director for Muller Pipe Organ Company in Ohio, where he designs and voices new pipe organs. â€‹

Does my child need to attend each day?

No, but we encourage multiple day participation so that they get to be a real part of the group and enjoy the full experience!  When you register your child, you can select either "All week" or "Daily" registration types.

What is the Choir Camp Schedule and what will they do each day?

The schedule Monday - Friday (9 AM - 4 PM) includes musical activities and games in the AM, and a fun excursion to bowl, play laser tag and mini-golf, roller skating, & the trampoline park.

Saturday (10 AM - 8 PM) will feature a morning rehearsal with the full choir, and an afternoon excursion to an amusement park for an exciting afternoon!!

On Sunday (9 AM - Noon), we'll gather to be "the choir" for worship at All Saints.

How Much Does the Camp Cost?

Daily Registration (includes lunch and all the day's activities)

Monday - Friday Registration:  $40/day
